Gluten-free, vegan desserts don't always hit, but these cookies do the job! With a number of family members and friends with allergies, these were a great find.

I really don't need to say much here because the following two videos tell the story really well. Each shares a bit about how the allergies that the founder's daughter had motivated the development of the product, the first giving more of a human story, while the second gets into the business aspects a bit more.

I shared with a number of you the chocolate chip cookies and the butter cookies. My favorite were the chocolate chip cookies--so much so it was hard to believe they were vegan and gluten-free. I am hoping to try some of the chocolate chip soft-bake soon! :-)

This is one of the products that is now in Target, so it is very easy (too easy?) to go grab some of these!
