A very smokey, not that sweet, tasty treat. I may have mentioned that we do some biscuit eating around here and I think this goes great with that breakfast goodie.

Here is one that I really just stumbled on. Motivated pretty heavily by the biscuits we can sometimes have on weekend mornings, I thought that this would be a great one to try. Unfortunately, I didn't exactly want full jars to send to folks so I reached out to Trade Street Jam Co.

I was pleasantly surprised to get an almost immediate response back from the founder. She was able to walk me through a way to get to a case of those tiny little sampler jars which worked out great.

One of the things that you will notice right away is that the flavor is at least as smokey as it is sweet. Something that the founder says is that these jams can work on things like biscuits, but are meant to be much more versatile than that. I am looking forward to perusing the recipes section of the website, ordering some jams, and trying some new flavors.
